Real Estate South & Assoc, LLC will be operating in office from 7:30 am to 5:00 pm, but will only allow anyone in the office by appointment only. Additional times are available by appointment. We will also be following guidelines recommended by our industry. Showing of properties only to those that want to purchase immediately and have proof of funds and/or approval letter from their lender. We will continue to provide services electronically. We are listing properties and accepting offers for properties and performing as many functions as possible via internet, email, etc.
