Webinar - Money Smart - Winning In Business - 7 Part Series

Financial Literacy is the link between 'money myths' and proven 'MoneySmart' facts that you can bank on that makes access to capital possible! 
In this 7 part webinar series, you can learn TOP 'MoneySmart' principles and strategies covering everything from startup financing, cash flow, critical record-keeping, exit strategies, and MORE. 
'MoneySmart' features Successful Small Business Owners/SCORE Mentors, 'MoneySmart' Bankers, and SBA Lender Relations Subject Matter Experts.  
This is a 7 part collaborative between the SBA Georgia District Office and SCORE Georgia. 

1.    March 23rd - Business Reality Check:  This class explains what it really means to be a business owner and helps you identify strengths and weaknesses.  Ideally, you will gain a better understanding of your readiness to own and operate your business.  
2.    April 13th - Planning for a Healthy Business:  No matter where you are in the development of your businesses, this presentation encourages you to seek answers that help you to create and manage a healthy business that is successful and long-term.  
3.    May 4th - Financial Management:  This module provides an overview of business financial management theory and terminology, and is designed to helo you understand how sound financial management can benefit your business.  
4.    May 25th - Record-Keeping:  Essential in any business, this presentation provides an overview of record keeping and is designed to help you to understand how accurate and organized record keeping can benefit your business.
5.    June 22nd - Managing Cash Flow:  This module emphasizes the ‘importance of cash flow management as an essential competency of business ownership. Many businesses that fail, do so because they run out of cash. You will learn how a positive cash flow will be the lifeblood of your businesses.
6.    July 13th - Risk Management:  All businesses face different kinds of risks and this module provides an overview of small business risk management. It is designed to help you to understand how effective risk management can benefit your business.
7.    August 3rd - Selling Your Business:  Sooner or later, ‘every small business owner will go through a transition of some kind.’ This module provides an overview of selling a small business and succession planning and is designed to help you understand the key issues involved.
