The Futures Wheel can set the stage for deeper issue awareness\, new strategies\, business opportunities\, and/or improved resource allocation.\n\n\n\nDeeper Dive: Scenarios - The Four Futures\n\nScenario building is a critical Foresight tool that in most cases should precede strategy development and deployment. Scenarios become the basis for building Action Plans and resource allocation to attain the organization's Preferred Future.\n\n\n\nClass Out Brief and Discussion\n\nRevisit topics covered and discuss next steps/implementation of skills learned.\n\n\n\nAfternoon Session: Economic Development 101\n\n\n\nIn the afternoon\, Executive Director of the Development Authority of Peach County\, BJ Walker\, will tie all of the previous afternoon sessions together into one\, easy to understand package and discuss how economic development works in a community. \n\n\n\nTopics will include:\n\n	Taxes & Housing\n	Education & Workforce\n	Industry & Business Partners\n	Utility Partners\n	Public Services\n	Quality of life\n	Middle Georgia Mega Site\n	Robins International Industrial Park (GRAD Certified Select site)\n	Expansions (examples: Blue Bird\, HSM\, Local Bounti)\n	Recruitment (examples: Pure Flavor\, Local Bounti)\n	RFIs\, site visits
