SUMMARY:Economic Development Partnership Grant Meeting
DESCRIPTION:The Executive Advisory Committee for the Peach County School CTAE program will meet to continue preparing for the Economic Development Partnership Grant.\n\n\n\nThe Georgia Department of Education (GaDOE) has accepted the Peach County School System into the 2023-2024 Economic Development Partnership (EDP) Designation program. The EDP is a district-wide certification process preparing school districts to adopt best practices and behaviors that support economic development\, strengthen their programs\, and align education with key regional industries.\n\n\n\nWhen complete\, Peach County will be awarded a special designation and a grant award to be used for teacher externships\, additional training\, supplies and more!  It's a competitive grant and only a handful of school systems are selected each round.
