New residents are required to purchase new tags for automobiles within 30 days of arrival. Needed information includes title or registration, lien-holder's name and address, insurance card and last tag receipt.

Newcomers from out-of-state can obtain a Georgia driver's license from the Georgia Department of Driver Services, 198 Carl Vinson Pkwy., Warner Robins. Hours for testing are Tuesday through Saturday from 9 a.m. until 5 p.m. A current out-of-state driver's license and proof of Georgia residence, along with cash for fees are the requirements.
